You as our customer have the right to a refund or replacement if goods or services bought from GRAND SALE that do not meet one or more consumer expectations.
You can claim a remedy from us if the products do not meet one or more of the expectations. Our sales team cannot refuse to help you.
When you have a major problem with our products, you have the right to ask for a replacement or refund.
Replaced products must be similar to the original product. Refunds should be the same amount you paid and given to you in the same form as your original payment. Our business however consider how much time has passed since you own the product.
A product or good has a major problem when:
- it would stop you from buying it if you’d known about it
- it’s unsafe to use
- it’s significantly different from the online sample or description
- You think the sizing is not right or you did not like the product
You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the business if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts.
You do not have to return products in the original packaging in order to get a refund.
If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs. An estimate of these costs should be provided to you before the product is collected, and the costs must not be inflated in an attempt to deter you from pursuing your claims.
Consumers based in Australia are exempt from return postage costs. We provide Australia Post free postage voucher to cover all the return costs.
